Ticking off milestones at Iluka
Iluka Plaza is quickly taking shape with the development already seeing external walls constructed and first pour of the suspended slab underway last week.
Prior to Christmas our team will be working to complete the following:
- All the ground floor walls along Calis Ave + IGA and Tenancy 4 will be formed and poured
- Concrete pours on the first floor slab will be started with walls to be lifted in early January
The two-level specialty centre will be completed before we know it and the local community will soon be taking advantage of IGA Supermarkets, a medical centre, pharmacy and Nido Early School in 2020.
Tenancies still available at Iluka Plaza include food and beverage, gym, allied health consulting and office with spaces available from 147sqm – 900sqm.

It is all systems go at Iluka Plaza with construction commencing this week!
